Occupational Therapist & Certified Lymphedema Therapist
Specializes in lymphedema management, wound care and individualized rehabilitation for cancer-related and post-surgical recovery needs.
Her care may incorporate manual lymph drainage, compression, therapeutic exercise, scar management and patient education.
Master of Science in Occupational TherapyClinical treatment is selected following assessment and consideration of your medical history, current condition and goals.
MASSAGE THERAPY WITH BORYS
Your concerns, muscle function and feedback help guide each session.
Borys uses kinesiological muscle testing as part of his bodywork assessment to help guide an individualized session. Your medical history, past surgeries, areas of discomfort and movement concerns are discussed before treatment.
He combines massage techniques according to your needs and adjusts pressure and technique throughout the session based on your feedback. The treated area may be reassessed afterward to review changes in comfort and movement.
Kinesiology taping may be used when appropriate to provide additional support between visits. Treatment response varies; your therapist will discuss realistic goals with you.
If you have shooting pain, numbness, pins and needles, persistent fatigue or sleep problems, discuss these symptoms with your healthcare provider. Call us to discuss whether massage is appropriate alongside your medical care.
CLINICAL CARE WITH THERESA
Occupational therapy, lymphedema management and wound care tailored to your clinical needs.
Theresa works with clients managing swelling, lymphedema, wound-care needs and movement restrictions following surgery or cancer treatment, including breast, head and neck cancer recovery.
Depending on your assessment, care may include manual lymph drainage using the Vodder approach, compression, skin care, therapeutic exercise, wound assessment and dressing care, scar release and strategies to support daily activities.
Scar and mobility treatment may incorporate Graston techniques, cupping or taping. Cold laser and vibration may also be considered when clinically appropriate. Your treatment plan is based on your condition rather than a fixed combination of techniques.
Lymphedema evaluation and treatment sessions range from $125–$150, depending on the service.
A personalized assessment of your swelling, skin condition, medical history and daily-function concerns. Theresa uses the findings to develop a care plan and discuss treatment options, compression and self-care.
A gentle, specialized hands-on technique that helps move lymph fluid away from swollen areas. Treatment is tailored to your condition to support swelling management and comfort.
Combines gentle lymph drainage with individually applied compression bandaging to help manage swelling. Theresa also provides guidance on bandage care and your recommended home routine.
Individualized wound assessment, dressing care and education, based on the condition of the wound and surrounding skin. Care is coordinated with your treating provider when needed. Pricing depends on the care required.

For clinical lymphedema and wound care services, a 60-minute visit can be discussed by phone. A written referral or prescription from your treating physician is strongly recommended and may be required in specific clinical cases.
